Museum Regulations

Dear visitors, the Williamson Sangma Meghalaya State Museum welcomes you.

Visitors are requested to comply with the following rules :-

  1. Kindly DO NOT TOUCH the exhibits or artefacts in the museum.

  2. FOOD and BREVERAGES are not allowed.

  3. Kindly take care of your belongings and children. Belongings can be kept in the reception.

  4. Photography (phone/camera/videography) will be permitted only after the purchase of a photography ticket.

  5. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the museum.

  6. Maintain silence inside the museum.

  7. Do not run inside the museum.
